We are insulating the inside walls this week we straped all inside outer walls to allow for R-20 insulation 6'' x 16'' x 48'' batts.
We have to insulate attic not sure best way to do it being cathederal ceilings.
Once wall insulation is installed then inspected we plan to put gyprock up board installation has to be hired out due to my health.
But l will tape finish sand to paint stage l have been a taper since 1978 prefer to do this myself will take longer than hiring out but l need to tape it.
I am hoping install of gyprock to start middle of next week taped finished by Aug/12/2012.
Them prime and finish painted by Aug/10th or 11th.
Then about 14/15th trim around windows, door baseboard if not sold my wife and l have to move in com,plete what ois left till sellls.
If selling agreement signed before finish paint you can pick paint wanted etc.
